i checked my profile today and noticed 40 points in Digital Literacy. Why is that when i've never taken any of those courses?

Treehouse TeacherHover over them and see if any of them happen to be forum points. You could have earned points in that by just answering someone's question. Like this one! (because it's marked as a digital literacy question) :)
