8,332 PointsThink of the header row as a way of identifying what each column is used for. While we have letters to help us locate cells, headers are a way that we can convey to the reader what each column is used for.
Headers are created/located at the top of datasets and generally contain non-numeric information. That is to say, they generally contain words or acronyms which will be helpful to the reader trying to understand what all the numbers below the data header row are supposed to mean.
