where is the class of panel ?

Sorry, maybe I misunderstand, but I couldn't find the class of panel in the index.html... What should I do exactly ?

app.js
const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph = document.createElement("p");
document.getElementsByClassName("panel") = newParagraph.textContent;
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>DOM Manipulation</title>
    </head>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
    <body>
        <div id="content">

        </div>
        <script src="app.js"></script>
    </body>
</html>

The class of "panel" doesn't exist yet. You give the new element you made the class of panel.

newParagraph.className = "panel";
