Where I am doing mistake for this challenge, though I am getting the expected result. Am I missing something?

if ( a>b) { alert("a is greater than b"); } else { alert("a is NOT greater then b"); }

script.js
var a = 10;
var b = 20;
var c = 30;

if ( a>b) {
  alert("a is greater than b");
}
  else {
  alert("a is NOT greater then b");

Your code is just fine! You just have a typo in the else statement. You've typed "then" instead of "than". Take a look:

 else {
  alert("a is NOT greater than b");
}

Change it to this, and you should be good to go! Important to note that challenge instructions must be followed to the letter (and sometimes even to the space or period) :smiley:

You just have a typo in your else clause.

:point_right: The word "than" must be spelled with an "a".

I recommend cut-and-paste whenever the challenge requires a literal to be used in the code.
