Where are lists found in Mail chimp now?

Where is the information to find out about lists located now? I can't find these in the new design of the site. I know this training course is old, but I was hoping that there was still some relevent content for Mail chimp on here.

Hey, Lucy Blake, Mailchimp renamed "Lists" to "Audiences."

In the main navigation menu on the left side of the Mailchimp dashboard, click on "Audiences". Then select "Audience dashboard" from the dropdown menu. This will take you to a page showing your existing audiences/lists.

To create a new list/audience, you would click the "Create Audience" button, typically located in the top right corner of this page.

To view details about an existing list, you can click on its name from the Audience dashboard.

Let me know if that helps or if you're still having trouble! Thanks!

Thanks, I'm still struggling to find the audience ID on the page, but I can find it with an API call.

I can help you find the audience ID.

  1. From the Audience dashboard, click on the "Manage Audience" dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the Settings page, click on "Audience name and defaults".
  4. Your Audience ID is listed here at the top of the page on the right side.

Alternatively, here's another way if you want a specific audience. Suppose you're on the audience dashboard. You can click on the "Manage Audience" dropdown menu and select "View Audiences." Then find the audience (aka the list) you want in the list of audiences. In the same row on the right side, you will see the "Manage Audience" button for that audience. From here, follow steps 2-4 from the above process.
