Hey,

You imported logging so the easiest way is like this.

import logging

logging.basicConfig(filename='cc.log', level=logging.DEBUG)

# Write your code below here
logging.debug("Whats up")

This will log a message to the file when the logging level is debug. You may have over thought it.

Let me know if this answers your question or if you have additional questions I can try and help with.

Thanks
