Android Build a Simple Android App (2014) Creating the Screen Layout Adding a Button

When I run the emulator at this point it still says "Hello World" It does not reflect any of the changes. Any answers?

It is as if I did not make any changes at all.

Try clean build and Rebuild Project. Then click the run button again.

Thanks Ricky, I really appreciate the fast response. I did clean and the rebuild and it did not work, but I did manage to get the emulator to show the changes. I did this by running the emulator. Once that emulator was open it only showed "Hello World." While it was open I ran it again and this time the changes showed up. I was closing the emulator every time I did changes.
