54,971 PointsGo to Safari > Preferences and click the Advanced tab. Then put a check in the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar" (last item on page)

6,724 PointsIn a Chrome browser, click the "View Tab," scroll down to the "Developer" option and choose one. Also you can google "how to open Chrome Inspector." < i forget.
On a Firefox browser you need the developer tools add-on. It does the same thing.
In a Safari browser, there is a tab called "Developer." Open it and mess with the buttons.
