I'm new to Treehouse myself, but I would recommend downloading an open source text editor and then downloading the project files. That way you won't have to rely on workspace.

Start out with the basics. There's a couple errors to help with looking for problems.

We are using the code we wrote in the previous video. If you didn't start from scratch then you will need to write the code from what is shown in this video.
