I'm not sure this question, I think I understand the Version Control but is not he correct answer.

7,895 PointsI'm not familiar with this particular quiz, but in general, if you have a high traffic site, you will want to block visitors when doing database upgrades. This ensures that no visitor will get a completely broken page. WordPress core uses a .maintenance
file to put the site into maintenance mode and then deletes the file after all the updates have been completed.
