What's wrong?

It keeps saying Task 1 wasn't done although it passed

index.php
<?php

//Place your code below this comment
$integerOne = 1 + 5;
$integerTwo = 2 - 1;
$floatOne = 1.5;
?>

This is not the right answer for task 1. Remove the +5 and -1 and it will pass.

Instead of adding and subtracting directly inside your original variables, call your variables and use addition and subtraction operators. Like so:

<?php

//Place your code below this comment
$integerOne = 1;
$integerTwo = 2;
$floatOne = 1.5;

$integerOne += 5;
$integerTwo -= 1;
?>

I hope this helps!

It wants you to do the calculations separately to the assignments. So keep the original assignments and put in two new lines of code to do the addition and subtraction.
