Why do those plus signs need to be included beside the randomNumber in the else statement?

7,120 PointsThat is how you concatenate a string in JavaScript. So if someNum = 3 and you write the code:
console.log("The number is " + someNum);
It's going to print out "The number is 3"

17,091 PointsCheryl, in the example we are using + after randomNumber to concatenate the final closing paragraph tags after the randomNumber string, so that the document.write command encloses all the string content in paragraph tags. This is how html can be included in JavaScript.
