What to do with my designing skills after I finish the web design track?

I'm dying to complete the web design course (already halfway through it). Now I can't wait to put my skills to work. Any ideas? please do provide me with some amazing and constructive little ideas.

Thanks in advance

Flex your new skills by designing a couple microsites, (3 pages or so) maybe some landing pages, and host them as examples of your work for people to refer to - give yourself a domain for your own piece of cyber real estate where people can check you out. And you will need your own site to encase your work samples, of course.
