what is wrong here? it keep saying to make sure that i have the space between the ""

Pay particular attention to the spacing.

This passes all three tasks:

let firstName = 'Cindy';
let lastName = 'Egelhoff';
let role = 'developer';

// let msg = firstName + " " + lastName + ": " + role; (Task 2)
let msg = firstName + " " + lastName + ": " + role.toUpperCase(); // Task 3

// This also passes (using a template literal)
// let msg = `${firstName} ${lastName}: ${role.toUpperCase())`; (The backticks are critical...)
