I would just class this style as vector illustration most likely created in Illustrator or Sketch.

Agree with Jamie - this was probably created in Illustrator as a vector. It's a "flat" design style as well, as opposed to skeuomorphic.

Hi,

It is an SVG image. Scale-able vector graphics. Made in Illustrator or Corel Draw, it expands to infinity, as per raster graphics (pixalated like jpeg or PNG) does not. You can make cool animations with css for SVG images. Check it out https://css-tricks.com/animating-svg-css/.
