What is this question asking for?

So while your code is valid, its not the answer the question is looking for.

Basically, you can rewrite the method to only return the "expression". Remember that the "expression" results in a Boolean value. You have the "expression" in your code. You could discard you if-else statement, and just return that one "expression".
