The last time I had to do a site that was real estate/housing development based, I ended up using Facet WP: https://facetwp.com/. It is a pay for plugin, but it is very powerful and provides a bunch of different ways to filter complex content.

Another option I have seen used is Search Everything: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-everything/. It doesn't provide you with a bunch of default filter input types, but you can certain extend it to do similar stuff to what Facet WP does.

One a side note, I'm from Philadelphia, so it was awesome to see that the site you posted shows listings here!

Hey Luke! Thank you for the great comment, and good to know you're local. I live right over the bridge in South Jersey in Bellmawr. Eagles won!

I will look into these addons, I appreciate it. Do you go to any local in person meetups for Wordpress or web development? Always looking for new networking events.

Thanks again!

Just another option, and a search engine I enjoy, that has a Wordpress plugin already made is Algolia. It's a freemium product. Not sure if it'll do exactly what you need, but worth checking out.

Hey Kevin, I really appreciate that tip, I will check it out!
