How would you select the body element using document.getElementsByTagName, and store it in the variable body?

your prblem is simple they asked "element" and not "elements" :) hope it helps

getElementsByTagName - returns Array not single item :) it doesnt metter if there is just 1 Body TAG but you can have multiple BODY tags its only on you :)

example :

const tagZero= document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0];

also use Add Comment :), because writing always new Answere is not good :)

read question : using document.getElementsByTagName

and document.body / head ... it is not supported in a lot of cases but this is Faster way, getElementsByTagName is abou 80% slower
