What else am I supposed to change?

This code will embolden all 3 lis when 0,1, or 2 is entered, and not for any other number. However it can't single out an li. But the instructions just say to change the argument in the if statement, so I'm feeling lost on how to fix this.

app.js
const laws = document.getElementsByTagName('li');
const indexText = document.getElementById('boldIndex');
const button = document.getElementById('embolden');

button.addEventListener('click', (e) => {
    const index = parseInt(indexText.value, 10);

    for (let i = 0; i < laws.length; i += 1) {
       let law = laws[i];

       // replace 'false' with a correct test condition on the line below
       if (index >= 0 && index <= 2) {

           law.style.fontWeight = 'bold';
       } else {
           law.style.fontWeight = 'normal';
       }
    }
});
index.html

The value of the index variable should be equal to i for it to bolden the text with the appropriate index.

if (index == i) {

I feel so dumb. The thought had vaguely crossed my mind but I didn't think it would work and was trying other things. Thank you so much this was driving me crazy.
