What do you mean: You need to set the 'href' attribute of the first <a> element to 'cakes.html'.

Please help, I don't understand on this message. Is it my html code is wrong ?

You need to use the relative path as opposed to the absolute path (Here's a more detailed explanation.) 

<li><a href="cakes.html">Cakes</a></li>

This will take us to cakes.html in the same directory at the same domain. But https://cakes.html is going to look somewhere else on the internet for that, which right now doesn't exist.
