8,969 PointsFirst of all, you need to add a semi-colon to the end of var username. Also, the examples I see of toUpperCase do not take a parameter. Perhaps this is what you need?
id = id.toUpperCase();
username = id + '#' + lastName.toUpperCase(userName);
