iOS Swift Basics Swift Operators Working With Operators: Part 2

what am I doing wrong?

my code will not work I'm putting in the Unary operator but it keeps tell me its wrong

initialScore += 1

var initialScore = 8

You just need to switch the order. The var will create the variable, which will need to happen before changing the value!

var initialScore = 8 

initialScore += 1
