To add an element in xml you need to place it inside a tag. Like so...
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
<objectAnimator/>
</set>
Q2. To add a property, place the property and the value inside the same tag. Like so...
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
<objectAnimator android:propertyName="y"/>
</set>
for Q3 and Q4, just keep adding the attributes in the question with the values in quote marks. Like so...
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
<objectAnimator
android:propertyName="y"
android:valueFrom="0"
android:valueTo="400"
android:duration="2000"/>
</set>
hope this helps
