video will not play

Video will not stream for me at all. On one laptop, it says "Error loading this resource" and on another laptop it will not play videos but will jump to the "Progress" screen and let me do exercises. I really want to continue learning. This is a fun place to learn and I'm getting frustrated. Thanks for listening.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble :o

Let me see if I can help.. Are you using a browser that supports HTML5 video? (Which browser do you use?) Are you using an adblocker? Are you using the website while at a library or at work? (Some places block streaming video)

Sure, just trying to help. :-)

I found similar issues on the community forum, but none seem to have a fix. Could you try clearing the firefox cache and report back?

Good morning Wes, have you had any luck? Did clearing the cache work?

For anyone else with this problem, try disabling Chrome extensions. Audio EQ 0.3.2.2 was the culprit for me.

I just disabled Audio EQ and it worked.
