Add a conditional statement that opens an alert dialog box with the message "You are correct" when the answer is the string 'JavaScript'.
My answer
var answer = prompt("What is the best programming language?"); if(answer === "Javascript") { alert("You are correct"); }
Bummer! Comparing strings is case sensitive. So 'Javascript' or 'javascript' is not equal to 'JavaScript' I Know that "javascript" === "javascript"; will be true but question is to check for Javascript Which i think i did then why is challege not complete

Treehouse TeacherHi there! You are absolutely correct this is case sensitive. Take another look at the instructions. It asks you to check for the string "JavaScript", but you are checking for the string "Javascript". Note the capitalization of the "S" vs "s".
If I change that one thing, your code passes with flying colors! Hope this helps
