Using the console's printf method, display a message that says, "First name: ", followed by the first name that the user

I am not able to solve this question

You have the end quotes " in the wrong place. The variable firstName that you're inserting into the string needs to be a separate argument to the function, not inside the string. Also, the text needs to be "First name: " as opposed to "hello".

console.printf("hello %s , firstName");

console.printf("hello %s ",  firstName);
