Can't the intro be wrapped using "aside" tag (as it's related to the main content of the page but is not the primary focus of the page) instead of "div" tag ? Thank you.

The introduction in this case is a brief declaration of what the page is about. I would certainly consider it directly related to the page content. If someone were using a screen reader, they might entirely skip over the intro because they thought it was something else.
For best practices, think of an aside as a different conversation about the same topic. It could be for an exclusive VR Gaming blog or some reviews of VR devices.
