I think I've done this correctly but it's telling me that I haven't used del when I have. What do I do?
messy = [5, 2, 8, 1, 3]
del messy [2]

28,558 PointsThe challenge is quite picky about how your code is formatted. The issue is that you have a space between the brackets and the messy
variable. If you remove that space like this:
messy = [5, 2, 8, 1, 3]
del messy[2]
Then your code will be accepted.
