- Console.Write("firstName");
string firstName = Console.ReadLine();
Console.Write("firstName");

You're super close! You need to remove the "
marks around "firstName". By adding the "
marks, you're passing a string instead of a variable to the function.
Console.WriteLine(firstName);
Hope this helps!
