Unreachable while loop and missing return statement.

./GoKart.java:25: error: unreachable statement while(!isFullyCharged()){ ^ ./GoKart.java:28: error: missing return statement } ^ 2 errors

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
    while(!isFullyCharged()){
      mBarsCount++;
    }
  }

Because the return statement immediately exits the method, no other statement after it can't be executed. It looks like the code you wrote after the return statement in isFullyCharged() is supposed to go into another method.

I tried putting the while loop before the return statement and that back fired. I need another return statement after the loop that returns true, I think.
