Understanding Variables

I'm not sure what this is asking of me to do:

Now, create a variable named me and assign it an instance of Student(). Then print() out the name attribute of your instance.

I tried: Student(me): print(name) and me = Student() print(name)

I think I'm not fully understanding the terms variable or instance.

first_class.py
class Student:
    name = "Randall"

Hi Randall,

Your instance is saved in the variable me, so your print statement needs to have a reference to that variable too, in other words, print(name) should be print(me.name) building on your second try, not your first. Hope this helps.
