Uncaught ReferenceError: answer is not defined I have spent over an hour, not working?help

I'm getting Uncaught ReferenceError: answer is not defined. The prompt command runs and asked the question but I get Uncaught ReferenceError: answer is not defined. I have spent over an hour going through everything but its not adding up. I'm thinking JS updated and thats why this isnt working.

const answser = prompt('Which planet is closer to the sun?');

if ( answer === 'Mercury' ) { console.log("That's correct!!" ); }

You defined a variable as const answser.

Then you made a conditional with the argument ( answer === 'Mercury' )

The way you've spelled the variable (answser) is different to the way you've spelled it in the argument (answer)
