HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Add Image Gallery Content

Unable to see images in preview

My code is correct to my knowledge. I double and triple checked it. Went through some of the similar questions on the forum. Tried different images, re-uploding. EVERYTHING.

But still nothing.

<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Juan Villela | Web Designer</title> </head> <body> <header> <a href="Γndex.html"> <h1>Juan Vilella</h1> <h2>Web Designer</h2> </a> <nav> <ul> <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li> <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li> </ul> </nav> </header> <section> <ul> <li> <a href="img/numbers-01.jpg"> <img scr="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""> <p>Experimentation with color and texture.</p> </a> </li> </ul> </section> <footer> <p>Β© 2015 Juan Villela.</p> </footer> </body> </html>

Are your images in the right folder relative to your index.html file?

I passed the challenge with this code:

´´´ <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Nick Pettit</title> </head> <body> <header> <a href="index.html"> <h1>Nick Pettit</h1> <h2>Designer</h2> </a> <nav> <ul> <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li> <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li> </ul> </nav> </header> <section> <ul> <li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt"" /></li> <li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt"" /></li> <li><img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt"" /></li> </ul> </section> <footer> <p>© 2013 Nick Pettit.</p> </footer> </body> </html> ´´´

Your path to image should be img src insted of img scr

PS. Remember the syntax the src comes from source (image source = img src).

Amazing what something so simple can mess up. Thank you guys, you're awesome
