31,249 PointsThere are a few ways to do this and the easiest way would be to install a plugin to manage everything for you. A popular one is the All-In-One WP Migration plugin. There are some videos on the plugin page that show you the migration process.

23,118 PointsJust a possible issue, If you use the plugin in above and you are having issues with your theme, ie. styles and such, you might need to ftp the files to your site, just incase.
