toUpperCase?

What am I doing wrong here? I tried swapping "const" with "let" or console.log but nothing I do is working

let firstName = "Jeremy";
let lastName = "Mclean";
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + ' ' + role;
const msg = role.toUpperCase();

const msg = role.toUpperCase(); will overwrite the previous value of msg and set msg to the value 'DEVELOPER'.

The challenge wants you to modify the line let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + ' ' + role; so that it puts the value of role in uppercase, but still include the value of firstName and lastName.
