timedelta(0, 1800)

When Kenneth got datetime.timedelta(0, 1800), what is that 0? and how can I find out these sucha questions in python shell?

The 0 represents the number of days, and the second number represents the number of seconds. Try using 

datetime .timedelta(hours=25)

#returns

datetime.timedelta(1, 3600)

This is the number of days and then number of seconds.
