Thread 1: Signal SIGABRT error

I'm having troubles pressing the button on my simulator, as when I press the button the simulator crashes and I get an error in my AppDelegate file that says: "Thread 1: signal SIGABRT. I have no idea what this means and I need some help out here please.

Check for unused connections in the connections inspector in your main storyboard file (its in the right menu bar). You can get this error when you have connected a button to your view controller and for some reson deleted that row of code and then made a new connection. Hope this helps
