This challenge does not put you in the proper css file (responsive.css) to start. My code seems right..wont work?

My code is as follows:

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) { background: navy; }

You will need to have a selector. Example: @media screen and (min-width: 480px) { body { background: navy; } }
