Courses Plus Student 12,666 PointsKerri is correct. <li> must always have a parent element of <ul> or <ol> any linking you do should be done within the <li> tags.

15,422 PointsYou might have to wrap the anchor tags in "li" tags in order for the list to show up. For example: <li><a>Cakes</a></li> Hope that helps!
