There is no video link to show me how to do 'treehouse > prepare submission.'

I fixed the code on IntelliJ IDEA, and I am trying to upload the file but cannot find 'treehouse > prepare submission.' How do I find that so it runs the tests and zips the file so I can upload and finish this challenge?
