The items code/css is not mirroring that of Gil's in this exercise. He is pointing things out that I don't have

Gil is pointing out an ID selector on line 27 regarding the 'box model' properties for the Guest boxes but I don't see that same code reflected in my workspace or inspection view.

So I can't follow along to fix the problem and I'm not finding the solution myself, can anyone help?

You might want to try restarting your workspace.

First, save (download) any work you have done that you want to keep. Then go to the Workspaces page and locate the one you are using. Click on the trashcan icon on the right side to delete the workspace, and confirm when you get the pop-up.

With the workspace deleted, you can go back to the course and "Launch Workspace" again. When it comes up, it should have all the files for the current course page in their initial states. Then upload any work you saved and continue with the course.
