The code is wrong

I still get a message that the code is wrong, could you help me ?

Message : "Make sure your isBatteryEmpty method is checking that barCount is equal to 0"

There seems to be a stray semicolon between the function declaration and the open brace of the code block:

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty();{
//                               ^
//                               remove this
