the child themes needs to download manual or one click wordpress installation

earlier videos recommended that if i download word press as one click installation so no need to 5 minutes installation. so how can I do the Child Theme when already download the wordpress with one click

If you are not working locally then you would need to do all the coding on the server. you just need to upload a theme and create a new child theme on your cpanel. just go into file manager. then to themes create a new folder there and start from there
