303 PointsTextView appears in red (cannot resolve symbol Textview) and the same thing happened to button.
i tried rewriting the whole code starting from the slashes and down to button but it still appeared red.

Without seeing the code I'm going to have to make a guess. Have you imported the TextView and Button classes? You can do that by putting your cursor on TextView and hitting Alt + Enter and telling Android Studio to import the class.
