Template files incomplete for WordPress: Reviewing the HTML Prototype

Hey, Zac Gordon, I downloaded wp-theme-development-stage-02.zip and the menu looks different from what's in the video. Also, the menu links go to # and not the actual pages. Am I missing something?

If links go to '#' then it means that you need to customize them yourself, and this is due to different routes that every website has.
