Hey there, from what i can see there are a few mistakes inside your code.Sadly your code is hard to read due to it's text format-maybe you could try and post it as a code part?

Anyway, your compareTo(Object obj) method should look like this :

@Override
  public int compareTo(Object obj) {
    BlogPost post = (BlogPost) obj;
    if (equals(post)) {
      return 0; 
    }
    if (mCreationDate.compareTo(post.mCreationDate) == 0) {
      return 0; 
    }
    return mCreationDate.compareTo(post.mCreationDate);
  }

1) You must use the @override annoation in this challenge 2)In your code you are using a dateCmp variable where you don't have to and you're also not comparing the dates on both objects.You're only doing :

int dateCmp = compareTo(post.getCreationDate());

which compares the object that you called the compareTo method on with the post's date.So, that's not correct.in order to compare both objects's dates, you should do -as stated in my code above-

mCreationDate.compareTo(post.mCreationDate)
