33,856 PointsHi Lauren, it's fairly simple. What you're doing is adding to your code in step 4, which had you add a button:
<button>Submit Comment</button>
It wants you to add the type attribute after the opening tag: <button — note that I've removed the greater than >, and that is where you'll start with the type attribute, which gets the value of submit.
It's identical in how you did with the <input> and <textarea> elements.
