C# C# Basics (Retired) Console I/O Formatting Output

string firstName = Console.ReadLine();

Console.WriteLine(firstName + " rocks!”);

Really not sure why this isn't working.

I used your code and passed the challenge. Maybe the sever was down temporarily. Please try again and let me know if the problem still exists.

It seems as though your last quote doesn't match the first in the code you posted. This should work.

string firstName = Console.ReadLine();

Console.WriteLine(firstName + " rocks!");
