88,923 PointsSyntax Error in Python Basics Squaring Challenge.
I am on step 2 of the Python Basics Squaring Challenge and I am getting a syntax error on the code below. Here is the complete question.
def square(number):
return number * number
def result()
print("result","square(3)" )
Challenge Task 2 of 2
Great now that you have created your new square method, let's put it to use. β¨Under the function definition, call your new function and pass it the argument 3. β¨Since your square function returns a value, create a new variable named result to store the value from the function call. Could you help me correct what I am doing wrong?
def square(number):
return number * number
def result()
print("result","square(3)" )
