Swift 4?

Since Swift 4 has been around (since September 2017) for a while, has there been an update to Swift 4 for the Techdegree courses?

I´m new here. Sorry if this question has already been answered.

Hi Nathaniel, at Treehouse, we always opt to prepare students for the fundamentals of programming rather than a particular version of certain language or tools. As a matter of fact, we are in the process of enhancing the iOS Techdegree program so that what we are teaching is less version specific. This way, you will be able to pick up future versions of Swift or Xcode after getting a good foundation from Treehouse.
